Agnes Adams One Fly Contest Moved to May 30th

The Agnes Adams One Fly Competition will be held on Lone Star Lake Saturday May 30th!!!(South East of Geneva, and West of Beatrice

We will be stationed at the northwest corner of the Lake.  Lunch (BBQ Pork) will be providedaround 11:30am, please bring a dessert to share.  The check in will be around 12:00 pm to about 1:30pm at the picnic shelter where the noon meal will be. When you check-in, you will give the official your name and your partner’s name. If you don’t have a partner, give your name to the official and they will assign you to a person or persons.

The Fly You can tie on the one fly of your choice and fish it, just that one fly, no other! You can retie the knot but only on that fly. If it breaks off for ANY reason, you are done. No droppers or second
“stinger” hooks are allowed.

The Catch The “traveling plaque” goes to the one who catches the greatest number of bluegill as confirmed by witness who keeps the count. This allows the fish to be released.  We hope to see everyone there!

Bluegill is the only species that will count for the contest!!!
