September Events-Family Fishing Night
Our September club meeting is our annual Family Fishing night at
Louisville State Recreation Area on Wednesday the 19th at 6:30 PM.
Directions to Louisville SRA. We'll meet at the big pavilion near the swimming beach. This will be a pot luck dinner,
so please bring an entree, side dish,
or dessert to share. The club will be providing hot dogs and cold drinks. We'll also have a full raffle with some
great prizes. The fly of
the month is the Ken Whisenhunt original, the Yellow Beady Eye. Check our Fly of the Month Tab. And don't
forget to bring some extra to throw at some bass and/or panfish!
Louisville Lake #2 is one of the best largemouth bass fisheries this
side of the state, and also has some redear sunfish. Hope to see you there!
Saturday the 22nd, the club will be having a Fish-Out at
Fremont Lakes State Rec Area. Lake #2.
Bring your own lunch! The club will have some cold drinks for everyone. We will meet at lake to around noon to chat about all of our fishing success. Please come out and enjoy the late summer weather!!!
